As a way for us to give back to you, "Our"lando community, we will be offering a Community Yoga Class on the first Sunday of every month starting January 2, 2011!  We know that there have been some tough times in the neighborhood,  and even though yoga is the best medicine sometimes the cost just isn't in the budget, so this class will be offered for only $5! 

Start the new year off on the right foot, or both feet as in Tadasana (Mountain Pose)! 

This class will be taught by Michelle Whitmer, one of the graduates from Shine On Yoga's 2010 Teacher Training Program
