Unfortunately our open date for October 1st has been pushed back a couple weeks. Some unforeseen things have come up, however we already see the gift in the delay and we know it is only a matter of time before we enter our sacred new space. 10-11:30pm, Crystal & Tibetan Bowl Meditation facilitated by Crystal Harmony

Crystal & Tibetan Bowl Meditation - Crystal Harmony will lead and facilitate a bowl meditation. Please bring your bowl if you have one. Voice, chanting and softer instruments will also be welcomed into the circle after 45 minutes of pure singing bowl meditation. We Are Grateful to be LIGHT within your Reach!

Join the community Drum Circle every New Moon and Full Moon

Hosted at Florida School of Holistic Living & Dandelion Communitea Cafe Community Garden, the events begin with meditation presented by Shine On Yoga from 6-7 pm. Drumming circle begins at 7 pm, and closes promptly at 10 pm to respect our neighbors. We often follow drumming with other group meditation activities like Qi Gong.

 

Kate (Ad Sach) teaches yoga/meditation each New Moon & Full Moon before the drum circle.

Zen Meditation with the Orlando Zen Circle, Sundays 7-8 pm. Please joins us for weekly practice of Zen meditation.

You are welcome to join us no matter what your prior experience with meditation or Buddhism. The practice of sitting silently is rather universal and no particular faith commitment is required. Many different people from many different paths and traditions sit with us. The regular Sunday evening sittings are led by local members. Two of our members are Dharma Teachers in Training and are always willing to answer questions and to recommend readings and resources.
